| 内容記述 | Crisis management has recently became one of the most important tasks among various types of organizations. This paper argues that a 'dynamic maintenance approach' is not only effective but a necessary way of crisis management nowadays. Contemporary organizations confront enormous difficulties because of the increase of complexities and uncertainties in the wider environment. Conventional frameworks of risk and crisis management share defects to cope with such complexities and uncertainties because they have assumed that their aim is to recover the ordinal state of each organization, therefore they depend on a 'static maintenance' approach. In this paper we show the framework of a 'dynamic maintenance' approach to crisis management of organizaitons and discuss some implications. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 近年さまざまな組織において、危機対応が最重要課題となっている。本稿では「ダイナミック・メンテナンス」が今日の危機対応においてたんに効果的であるというだけでなく、必須とさえなっていると論ずる。組織をとりまく環境が複雑化し不確実になっているために、現代の組織は多くの困難に直面している。リスクや危機に対応するための既存の枠組みは、それぞれの組織を常態に引き戻すことを目的とし、そのため「スタティック・メンテナンス」に依拠するがゆえに、複雑性や不確実性に対処するうえで共通の弱点を持っている。本稿ではわれわれは「ダイナミック・メンテナンス」にもとづく危機対応の枠組みとその含意を示す。 | |||||
