| 内容記述 | 2005年に公開された映画『ALWAYS三丁目の夕日』は老若男女に支持され、その年の日本アカデミー賞をほとんど独占した。昭和33年を舞台にしたこの映画がヒットしたことで、「昭和ブーム」とも言えるほどの注目が、昭和30年代を中心とした時代に集まっている。しかし、実はこの昭和への注目はここ1～2年前から生まれたものではなく、昭和が終わり、平成に入った頃に生まれ、着実に浸透してきたものだ。本稿では、この「昭和ブーム」の実態を紹介し、その原因、そしてその行方まで探求する。原因としては、(1)昭和が終わったこと、(2)昭和が長かったこと、(3)バブル経済が崩壊したこと、(4)ベビーブーマーが過去を振り返る年代に入ったこと、が主たるものであるということを明らかにする。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The movie "ALWAYS: The setting sun of 3 Chome" that was released in 2005, was supported by the young and old, and received a majority of Japanese Academy award. Because this movie, describing the lives of common people in Showa 33 (1958), was a hit, attention has gathered on the era centering around the Showa 30's, and has become "The Showa boom". However, actually this attention to Showa arose not in last 1-2 years ago, but when the Showa era ended and the Heisei era started, and has increased steadily. I introduce the actual situation of "the Showa boom" in this paper, and investigate its cause and its future. I point out 4 factors as the cause of the Showa boom": (1) the end of the Showa era, (2) the longevity of the Showa era, (3) bubble economy collapse, (4) the entrance of baby boomers into middle age, and the concomitant nostalgia. | |||||
