| 内容記述 | In this note, I consider the relation between wages and efforts in a hierarchical organization in the context of a hierarchy model and a shirking model. Given a fixed number of tiers, wages rise with the level in a hierarchy, if employees in a higher level are more diligent. This leads to wage differences across tiers. | |||||
