| 内容記述 | The Course of Study, which stipulates the teaching at primary and secondary schools in Japan will be revised in the year of 2002/3. In this revision, a "Period for Integrated Study (Sogoteki-gakushu)" and "Information Study (Jyoho)" will be introduced as a compulsory subject. In this context, we first analyzed the case study reports published by primary and secondary schools in Japan to consider how they have been preparing for such a full-and-large-scale reform close at hand. After a careful examination of these reports, we then chose several exprimental schools which seemed to show outstanding achievements in the following six areas connected to the revision of the national curriculum standard: 1) Information study 2) Collaborative learning 3) Integrated study 4) Elective subjects 5) School-based curriculum development(s) (SBCD) 6) Team teaching. Lastly, considering how these six factors work and affect each other in one and the same school, we took up several cases of primary and secondary schools, and tried to generalize the major findings. | |||||
