| 内容記述 | 若手心理臨床家には専門的職業人としての発達の段階があるが（金沢・岩壁,2006）、彼らの変化・成長過程を明らかにすることで、彼らと指導する者にとって、変化・成長を促進することにつながる。変化・成長を促すものとして、スーパーヴィジョンやケースカンファレンス以外に、相互扶助的なものが求められる。そこで若手心理臨床家同士のグループを形成し、彼らの大学院修了後の変化についてPCAGIP 法を用いて検討した。筆者らが調査対象者となりPCAGIP法を実施して、事例提供者の発言をKJ法によって検討した。その結果から、以下の5点が示唆された。第一に、職業観を形成する過程で、就職するまでは全般的な臨床場面に適応する準備をする一方で、就職した後は職場の特異性に適応していった。第二に、クライエントとの関わりを通して、一人の人間として自己開示していくことが増え、その意味を理解し、自己開示のタイミングや内容がより適切になっていった。第三に、自分の内面やクライエントとの関係性を理解するだけでなく、職場という組織・環境の中の自分とクライエントの位置を、多様な視点から理解するようになっていった。第四に、臨床家自身やクライエント自身の気持ちや考え、そして臨床家とクライエントとの関係性を、適度な距離をとりながら検討できるようになった。第五に、若手同士の関わりによって、相互扶助的な変化・成長が促された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Going through developmental stages as professionals, junior clinical psychologists' process of growth is facilitated through examinations of their personal process of change and with input from their supervisors. In order to prompt change and transformation, they will need not only supervision and case conferences, but also mutual support. A group of junior clinical psychologists (including the authors) was examined using the PCAGIP method, focusing on their transformations and changes after graduation from graduate school. Participants' statements (self-cases) were examined using the KJ method. The findings were as follows: (1) these students prepare to become psychologists before graduation, but later adjust to the particulars of their work ; (2) they increase their self-disclosures through their interactions with clients and understand the meanings of and achieve more appropriate timings and contents of self-disclosures ; (3) they come to understand themselves and their relationships with clients from various points of view ; (4) they become more able to examine the feelings and thoughts of themselves and their clients while keeping an appropriate distance ; (5) personal relations among the junior participants prompted change and transformation based on mutual support. | |||||
