In order to prompt change and transformation, they will need not only supervision and case conferences, but also mutual support. A group of junior clinical psychologists (including the authors) was examined using the PCAGIP method, focusing on their transformations and changes after graduation from graduate school. Participants' statements (self-cases) were examined using the KJ method.
