| 内容記述 | This study investigated the psychological factor that affects a good cycle of behaviors related to help. Questionnaires which obtain the measure of orientation to helping effects on helper were administered to elderly people attending a institute for adult education (N=471, mean age 67.8, SD=5.0). The main results were as follows : (1) Orientation to helping effects on helper could be divided into 2 components: orientation to self-growth and orientation to sharing happiness. (2) A positive relationship was seen between orientation to helping effects on helper and psychological reactions to helping experienced, attitudes about helping-behaviors, experienced helping-behaviors. (3) Orientation to helping effects on helper was correlation with other psychological factors which are considered that affects helping behaviors. These results suggest that orientation to helping effects on helper could be predictor of a good cycle of behaviors related to help. 本研究は、援助・被援助行動の好循環を規定する内的要因として援助成果志向性に着目し、まずその測定尺度を構成し、高齢者大学の学生471名に適用した結果に基づいて援助成果志向性の構造とその機能を検討した。その結果、1）援助成果志向性は、「自己成長志向」と「幸福・安寧感共有志向」の2因子からなること、2）援助成果志向性と援助後の心理的反応、援助に対する態度および援助行動経験の間に有意な関連性があること、3）援助行動との関連性が認められている内的要因（情緒的共感性、視点取得、対人態度の積極性、および心理的負債感）と援助成果志向性の間にも有意な関連性があること、が明らかとなり、援助成果志向性が援助・被援助行動の好循環を規定する要因であることが検証された。 |
