| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on verifying the current status of the "Family Precept" texts of Vietnam that are held in Paris. For this purpose I survey 「訓女子歌」 at the Bibliothèque Universitaire des Langues et Civilisations (BULAC). According to my study, there are twenty texts of the "Family Precept" written in Vietnamese script and Kanji Nom script. All of them are currently in the possession of The French Institute of the Far East (L'Ecole Francaised' Extrême Orient), The National Library of France (Bibliothèque Nationale), The University Library for Languages and Civilization Studies (BULAC) and The Guimet Museum of Asian Art (Musée des Arts Asiatiques–Guimet). Throughout this paper, I believe that I successfully clarify ethical moralities and standards in accordance with Confucian thought that were taught by ancient Vietnamese parents to their daughters. These include morals (修身), wise governance of the family (斉家), filial-piety, responsibilities to one's husband, things that must be avoided during pregnancy and the period after the birth of a child, child-rearing and child education, guidelines on ancestor worship (祖先祭祀), and more. | |||||
