| 内容記述 | 2020年度の2年生向け授業科目の中で，地域環境に関する実習を試みた。野外調査の観点を学習した後に，タバコの吸い殻などのゴミの分布と，それらが投棄される要因を班別に調査した。同時に清掃活動も行った。地理情報のデータ作成方法を学習した後に，調査結果を班で図形表現図として示した。各班の代表者が図形表現図の重ね合わせを使った口頭発表を行った。調査結果と他班の発表内容を念頭に置いて，地域環境の改善対策を班で議論した。この実習を通じて，学生は野外調査を伴う地域環境に関するアクティブ・ラーニングを体験できた。タバコの吸い殻の分布に関するGIS解析から，それらが多く確認される場所は，飲食店の直ぐ外側，禁煙の公共空間の縁部，鉄道駅から約300m離れた場所にあることが示された。これらは，健康増進法の一部を改正する法律完全施行後のタバコの吸い殻の一般的な投棄特性と考えられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In a lecture for the second year students in 2020, I tried one practical training on the local environment. After the viewpoints learning of fieldwork, each group surveyed the distribution of garbage such as cigarette butts and investigated the reasons for their disposal. At the same time, students also carried out cleaning activities. After learning how to create geographic information data, each group represented the survey results in geometric symbol maps. Representatives of each group performed oral presentations using overlays of geometric symbol maps. Each group discussed measures to improve the local environment with reference to the results of its own survey and the contents presented by other groups. The students were able to experience active learning on the local environment with fieldwork through this training. GIS analysis on the distribution of cigarette butts showed that the most discarded places are the outside of non-smoking restaurants, the periphery of non-smoking public spaces, and areas about 300 meters away from the railway station. These are considered to be the general disposal features of cigarette butts after the full enforcement of the Revised Health Promotion Law. | |||||
