The literature research of polymer adhesives for restoration of cultural properties was done to clarify the useful technology for the adhesive to prevent falling of wall in burial chamber of ldout. Epoxy resin is widely utilizing for restoration of cultural properties and it showed superior decay durability. It is possible to produce porous structure with higher permeability using emulsion type epoxy resin and by controlling cure rate. The obtaining better balance of the permeability and the filling fraction to the pores is possible by controlling the monomer and oligomer ratio in silicate resin for alkyl silicate resin. The viscoelastic and the surface properties of Palaroid B-72 were measured to clarify the adhesion property. The Tg of Palaroid B-72 was slightly higher than room temperature. It showed low critical surface tension (18mN/m). These properties are seemed to be designed for the purpose of removability. |

文化財保存に用いられているエポキシ樹脂、アルキルシリケート樹脂、アクリル樹脂について、イドゥートのマスタバ石室壁面の崩落防止に応用可能な技術の文献調査を行った。エポキシ樹脂は、原爆ドーム保管の試験片で30年経過後の物性変化がないことが確認されている。また、エマルション型エポキシ樹脂を用いて多孔質の硬化物を形成させ、透水性を付与している。アルキルシリケート樹脂は、モノマーと縮合したオリゴマーの存在比により、多孔質石材への浸透性と充填性のコントロールが行われている。広く用いられているアクリル樹脂、ParaloidB-72の動的粘弾性と臨界表面張力の測定を行った。その結果、ガラス転移温度が約50℃で臨界表面張力は低い値(18mN/m)を示した。これらは再剥離性を付与するための設計と考えられる。 |
