| 内容記述 | 国際ソーシャルワーカー連盟及び国際ソーシャルワーク学校連盟は、2014年に新たに「ソーシャルワーク専門職のグローバル定義」を採択した。それまでの単なる定義ではなく、グローバルとしたことの背景には、西洋中心の価値観、思想を普遍的なものとして他の文化圏に拡大してきたことの反省がある。本稿では、日本文化の特性であるレンマ的論理を根拠にして、わが国のソーシャルワーク実践が欧米のソーシャルワーク理論と日本的文化をいかに融合しうるかという点について、論じた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The global definition of social work profession was adopted by the General Assembly of International Federation of Social Workers and the International Association of Schools of Social Work in 2014. Parts of the definition may be amplified at national levels. Thus, the Japanese Federation of Social Workers approved the Japanese Amplification of Social Work Profession. This shows that Japanese social work has developed by integrating Western-derived social work into Japanese cultures and institutions. This paper thus discusses on the mixture of Western social work theories and Japanese culture. First, it reviewed the 2014 definition. Second, it showed the features of Japanese culture. Third, it delineated the dilemma of Japanese social workers on Western social work and Japanese culture. Finally, the paper concluded that Japanese social workers practiced based on lemma logic. | |||||
