| 内容記述 | 高度情報通信社会における，先進的な大学教育システムとしてCS（通信衛星）を活用した大学間遠隔授業が現実のものとなって来た｡関西大学で実施された遠隔授業の先進的な活用例についてのシステム評価と教育評価のためのアンケート調査を通して，マルチメディア環境としての教室内のAV機器類の評価，およびCS（通信衛星）システムの教育的効果について検討した。結果は，教室内の教材提示システムとしては理想的には1人1台の教材提示モニターおよび教卓側に講師の等身大の画像が放映されるサイズのスクリーン型の大型教材提示装置の設置が望まれること。そして通信衛星を利用しての相手大学とのモニター映像と音声による完全双方向型のコミュニケーションが確保される必要性があること。および教材内容の事前配布が望ましいこと，等が認められた。また，本衛星型遠隔授業方式とISDN型遠隔授業方式との比較では前者の方式の優位性が確認できた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We have discussed the new style of several distance learning systems in university education, such as the SCS (Space Collaboration System) using a CS(Communication Satellite) and the remote TV conference system using ISDN over the Internet. We have obtained educational evaluation data about two distance learning systems such as the SCS and the remote TV conference system using ISDN. The results have shown that the evaluations about such new style education systems are relatively positive. Several important things have also been discussed, such as the fact that the two-way communication and clear representation using new style multimedia equipment are very important in distance learning. It has been concluded that the SCS system is superior to the remote TV conference system using ISDN for distance learning in university education. Also it seems that those new style distance learning systems will improve rapidly and many alternatives will appear for distance learning systems in the near future. | |||||
