We have obtained educational evaluation data about two distance learning systems such as the SCS and the remote TV conference system using ISDN. The results have shown that the evaluations about such new style education systems are relatively positive. Several important things have also been discussed, such as the fact that the two-way communication and clear representation using new style multimedia equipment are very important in distance learning. It has been concluded that the SCS system is superior to the remote TV conference system using ISDN for distance learning in university education.
