| 内容記述 | 本稿では、大学教育における「高度専門職業教育」の一つとして「福祉専門職」教育のあり方について検討したい。まず、わが国の戦後福祉制度のなかでの「福祉専門職」の資格と教育の発展を三つの時期にわけてふりかえる。次に、1987年に制定された「社会福祉士資格」を福祉分野における「高度専門職業資格」としてとらえ、この資格が90年代を通じてどのように発展してきたか、関連資格である「介護福祉士資格」との対比を用いて検討する。さらに2000年度における社会福祉士教育課程の改訂内容を検討することから、この資格の将来像をさぐる。最後に大学における社会福祉士教育についての議論をいくつか紹介する。結論として、大学は専門職にむけての基礎教育を担うべきであり、本格的な専門職教育は現任教育など学部卒業後の教育に委ねられるべきであることを述べる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of the study is to explore what should be taught to undergraduate students seeking professional careers in social work. Firstly, the study reviews the postwar development of vocational qualifications for social workers in Japan which can be divided into three distinct periods, that is, 1950 to 1970, the 1970s, and 1980 to 2000. Secondly, it is considered to what extent the certified qualification for social work, "shakai hukusi-si", which was introduced in 1987, has been established in Japanese society in contrast to that for care workers, "kaigo hukusi-si". Thirdly, it is considered how and why the government revised in 2000 a curriculum for social work qualification. Finally, the study looks at several arguments regarding the undergraduate education in social work. The study concludes that basic and introductory education is important at the undergraduate level, and therefore, the professional training of social work must be undertaken at the postgraduate level. | |||||
