| 内容記述 | 近年、テレワークや裁量労働のような時間と空間を共有しない働き方が増加してきている。ここには、成果主義が持つ時間と賃金を切断する機能が大いに影響していると考えられる。成果主義が今後も広がっていくとすれば､時間と空間を共有しない働き方もさらに様々な形で広がっていく可能性がある。しかし、どのような仕事ならば時間と空間を共有しない働き方ができるのかは十分に把握されていない。この問題を解決するための第一歩として、ホワイトカラーは日々どのような行動をとっているのかを調べる｢ホワイトカラー行動調査：予備調査」を行った。本研究ノートでは、その結果を検討し今後の課題を提示する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Work styles such as telework and discretionary work, where space and time are not shared by the employees, have become widespread. This tendency seems to be underpinned by the introduction of the performance-based pay system since the system works to cut the relationship between working hours and wages. It, however, is not clear what sort of jobs are suitable for this work style. As a first step to clarify this point, the author tried to study what kind of activities white-collar workers undertake in their daily work. | |||||
