| 内容記述 | この論文は、高齢者を在宅で介護している家族を対象に行った調査の第2報である。この調査は、要介護者と介護者の関係のあり方に介護保険制度の利用とその制度の認知・評価がいかなる影響を及ぼすかを明らかにすることを目的にしている。「要介護者の介護度｣、「要介護認定の評価｣、「介護保険制度の利用実態｣、「介護保険制度の満足度」などについて回答を求め、それらの回答に影響を及ぼす個人差要因について検討した。分析の結果、例えば、多くの息子は、介護保険制度に不満をもっており、要介護認定が実際のお年寄りの状態と異なっていると感ていること、また、比較的年齢層の若い介護者の多くにおいて、介護保険制度に満足している者の制度利用は限度額を下回っており、逆に、不満を持っている者の制度利用は限度額を上回っているという実態が明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper is one of a series of studies conducted on families involved in the home care of elderly people. This investigation aimed at clarifying the actual conditions of public nursing elderly care insurance that is thought to affected the care person-care worker relationship and at analyzing the cognitive state of the persons involved. The questionnaire asked the respondent to answer questions regarding "care level", "actual conditions", "evaluation of authorization requiring care", "the degree of satisfaction of public nursing elderly care insurance" etc. Furthermore, the individual attribute factors considered to affect these replies was examined. The result of analysis showed, for example, that many sons have dissatisfaction with public nursing elderly care insurance and feel the authorization differs from the old person's actual condition. For many main care workers in a comparatively young age group, the number of those who are satisfied with public nursing elderly care insurance is low, and the number of those with dissatisfaction was high. | |||||
