This investigation aimed at clarifying the actual conditions of public nursing elderly care insurance that is thought to affected the care person-care worker relationship and at analyzing the cognitive state of the persons involved. The questionnaire asked the respondent to answer questions regarding \"care level\", \"actual conditions\", \"evaluation of authorization requiring care\", \"the degree of satisfaction of public nursing elderly care insurance\" etc. Furthermore, the individual attribute factors considered to affect these replies was examined. The result of analysis showed, for example, that many sons have dissatisfaction with public nursing elderly care insurance and feel the authorization differs from the old person's actual condition.
