| 内容記述 | コンビニはもはやわれわれの生活になくてはならない存在になっている。これほどポピュラーになっているにもかかわらず、コンビニに関する社会学的、社会心理学的研究は少ない。本研究で行なわれた調査はこれから継続されるコンビニ研究のスタートとなるものである｡今回の主要な調査結果は次の通りである。コンビニは頻繁に利用される身近な存在であり、その利用は短い滞在時間、少ない購入品目、少ない支払い金額によって為される。また主な買い物は栓を開ければすぐ飲める飲料、包装を解けばすぐ口にできる食べ物である。利便性評価は高いものの、コンビニの各種サービスの利用は少ない。24時間営業と雑誌コーナーは重要と位置付けられている。今回の調査結果から得られた示唆や課題を検討して行き、さらに研究を進めたい。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A convenience store is something which is necessary for our life now. Though it is so popular, there is little research concerning sociology and social psychology about the convenience store. The investigation done by this research is the beginning of convenience store research to be continued in the future. The main results of the investigation are as follows. A convenience store is something familiar and used frequently, with a short stay time and a small amount paid for a small list of articles. The main purchase are food to put in the mouth immediately after a package is opened, and drinks which can be drunk immediately after a container is opened. Though the convenience evaluation is high, there is little use in the variety of services of the convenience store. A round-the-clock operation and a magazine corner are given priority. Suggestions obtained from the last results of investigation are examined, and further research is projected. | |||||
