| 内容記述 | セラピストが心理療法場面における自身の体験を吟味する「セラピスト・フォーカシング」は、クライアントやセラピスト自身の理解が進むことからセラピスト支援として有益とされている。しかし、その「理解」とはどのように生じるのか、といった理論的な検討は必ずしも十分に議論されているわけではなく、とくに体験過程理論の観点からの考察を試みたものは少ない。本論の目的は、セラピスト・フォーカシングでの新しいクライアント理解がどのように生じるのかについて、セッションを精査しつつ体験過程理論から論じることである。「新しい理解」とは、何かを「知識として知り得た」ことではなく、知覚以前に状況と相互作用しているからだの体験を振り返って観て暗在的側面を言い表すこと、そしてセラピストの体験が自身の追体験やリスナーの追体験、メタファーなどと複雑に交差されることによって、新しい体験の意味が創造され、より進んだ理解が成立することが考察された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Previous studies have reported the significance of supporting the therapist through Therapist Focusing, a style of listening where therapists are listened to as they reflect and focus on their own experiences during the therapeutic session. However, a theoretical question on exactly how new understandings emerge during Therapist Focusing has not been sufficiently examined, particularly in the context of the Theory of Experiencing. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how new understandings about the client emerge, from the standpoint of the Theory of Experiencing, through a close examination of transcripts from a Therapist Focusing session. The examination revealed that "new understandings" differ from "gaining knowledge of something". New understandings emerge with the creation of meaning through reflecting on the pre-reflexive bodily experiences of the therapist, articulating implicit experiences that "cross" intricately with therapists' own re-experiencing, with listeners' re-experiencing, and with metaphor. | |||||
