| 内容記述 | 本研究では、女子大学生が抱く月経イメージと月経教育経験、及び月経時の対処行動やソーシャルサポートとの関連を明らかにすることを目的とし、107名の女子大学生を対象にして質問紙調査を実施した。その結果、自然な肯定的イメージを形成するためには、より効果的な対処行動の教育や家族などの身の回りの人からのサポートの重要性が示唆された。また、情緒的安心感の得られる親からの教育や、医療の専門家である医師からの指導、書籍やインターネットなどで能動的に学ぶこと、月経に関する幅広い知識を有していることが自然な肯定的イメージの形成に寄与していることが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify the relationship between young female university students’ images of menstruation，the degree to which they are educated about menstruation，their coping behaviors during menstruation，and their social support systems. A questionnaire survey was completed by 107 female university students. Results suggest that respondents were more likely to have formed a positive image of menstruation when they were informed about effective coping behaviors and had support from others， such as family. It is also clear that education from parents， guidance from medical experts，such as physicians，and an understanding of menstruation gained through self-study contributed to the formation of a positive image of menstruation. | |||||
