| 内容記述 | 本稿の目標は，徳と人間本性をめぐるアリストテレス的な主題に関連する現代的な議論の見取り図を描き出すことである．そのために，この主題を構成する要素のうちの三点を取り上げて批判的に検討を加える．第一に，卓越した性格特性としての徳という見方に関する状況主義論争を手短に振り返る．第二に，人間本性にもとづく特定の徳のセットやそれがもたらす繁栄という概念の抱える困難を指摘する．第三に，人間本性という考えそのものを発生システム論などの現代の理論的枠組みから吟味する. | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper aims to provide an overview of contemporary discussions related to the Aristotelian theme of virtues and human nature. For this purpose, the paper critically scrutinizes three components of this theme. First, it briefly reviews the "situationism" controversy over the virtues as excellent character traits. Second, it points out problems in the notion of having a specific set of virtues and well-beings based on human nature. Third, it examines the very idea of human nature from current theoretical frameworks, such as the "developmental system theory." | |||||
