For this purpose, the paper critically scrutinizes three components of this theme. First, it briefly reviews the "situationism" controversy over the virtues as excellent character traits. Second, it points out problems in the notion of having a specific set of virtues and well-beings based on human nature. Third, it examines the very idea of human nature from current theoretical frameworks, such as the "developmental system theory."},
