| 内容記述 | The basic concept required for the current playground is not to cause a fatal injury while leaving the risk as a challenge for growth, that is, to ensure safety while considering the play value. A Japanese safety standard created in 2002 also expresses this concept. However, it is difficult to realize the conflicting objectives of ensuring safety while maintaining risk. In this paper, we consider the risk benefit assessment (RBA) method, which is widely used in Europe, to be effective. For this purpose, we examined how it is practiced in Europe. In addition, the necessity of introducing this technique to Japan was examined. The conclusion is to first improve the differences in the quality of playgrounds in Japan and Europe. On top of that, we also need to think about ways to develop and recruit human resources who can operate the RBA. | |||||
