| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on Liang Shuming's research on Yogācāra-Vijñānavāda from the cultural interaction perspective and determines how Liang Shuming approached Yogācāra-Vijñānavāda by using a variety of sources in modern scholarship. Owing to Yang Wenhui's efforts at the end period of the Qing dynasty in importing Yogācāra-Vijñānavāda books from Japan that had been lost in the Yuan dynasty, there was a boom in Yogācāra-Vijñānavāda studies. Liang Shuming, as a Buddhist scholar and a teacher of Indian philosophy at Peking University at that time, approached Yogācāra-Vijñānavāda based on various materials, including the translation of Japanese scholar Inoue Enryō's works and The Six Systems of Indian Philosophy of Friedrich Max Müller. Through the study of these books, Liang Shuming tried to approach the essence of Yogācāra-Vijñānavāda. At the same time, Liang Shuming incorporated the problems of ontology and epistemology and attempted to interpret Yogācāra-Vijñānavāda by using Western contemporary philosophy. | |||||
