| 内容記述 | 日本のテレビジョン放送は、その放送開始以来50年以上が経過し、放送技術のうえでも番組編成のうえでもさまざまな変化を伴いながら、今日の私たちが利用している、いわゆる「テレビ環境」を成立させている。現代のテレビの特徴として、ニュース番組の映像報道が形成するステレオタイプの助長、バラエティ一番組の過剰とも言える作りこみ、グルメ番組、テレビCMの多さなどが特筆される特性として観察を通じ浮かび上がった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The authors describe the distinctiveness of Japanese Television contents in early 21st century, from multidimensional aspects. Specifically, we discuss how it has been developed and attained its character since 1953. Watching television is the most time consuming behavior in daily life in Japan, so one can hardly tell its meanings in the society and its problems. Among the findings of this research, we discuss stereotyping in news shows, surplus and detailed dramatics in variety shows, the amount of food-related programs, and the amount of TV commercials. | |||||
