| 内容記述 | This article focuses on the Japanese Marine Corps stationed at the Daye Iron Mine, and examines Japan's "protection" activities during the Revolution of 1911, and the issues of Sino-Japanese negotiations caused by it. After the Wuchang Uprising broke out, Japan, in order to maintain its rights and intersts in China, took opportunity of the deterioration of public security and the Sino-Japanese negatiation on co-organization of the Hanyeping case, dispatched two marine units to Daye, which caused concerns and protests from China. In the process of negotiations regarding the withdrawal of troops, the Japanese side was seeking China's recognition on the issue of garrisoning in order to comply with international practices and achieve the purpose of maintaining "national prestige." However, the Chinese side refuses to recognize the illegal actions of the Japanese side and resolutely demanded the withdrawal of troops. This case shows that, in its negotiations with China, Japan's pursuit of the legitimacy of military garrison is only an external appearance, and powerism is the internal logic. On the other hand, the Chinese side, even in the unstable situation at home and abroad, still fights hard with the Japanese side, and has made unrelenting diplomatic efforts in safeguarding national rights and interests. | |||||
