| 内容記述 | Following the previous studies on the Egyptian settlement, in this paper we have tried to set forth the positioning of the Saqqara village in Egypt, based on the results of our three-year study as well as the supplemental survey this year. The Saqqara village located in the vicinity of a large city, Cairo, still reflects the characteristic of a traditional old village (Karya-type village) among the villages in Egypt. Therefore, because ancient Egypt is represented in the Saqqara village by the remains of ancient buildings alongside urban environments in addition to the villagers' unique cultural and local community activities, tourism is active. | |||||

| 内容記述 | エジプトの集落についての既往研究を参考に、3年間の研究の成果と本年度の補足調査をもとに、エジプトの集落としてのサッカラ村の位置づけを明確にすることを試みた。サッカラ村は、大都市であるカイロから近い集落ではあるが、エジプトの中でも古い集落（カルヤ型集落）の特徴を色濃く残しており、建物や市街地空間だけでなく、地域コミュニティや文化の面からもエジプトを知るための観光資源となりうる要素を持っていることが明らかとなった。 | |||||
