| 内容記述 | 旅行プロセスでの活動･経験についての旅行後の総括的印象（評価，満足）に関して，多面的な経験内容に関する調査分析と因子分析的研究の事例が考察され，また，旅行における期待と満足の機能的関係に関する概念モデルが検討された。さらに「旅行の社会学」の領域で関心を集めている旅行経験の「本物性」に関する論議が概観され，その実証分析の試みが紹介された。今後の課題として，総括的印象の形成メカニズム，評価･満足次元の一般化の方法， 「本物性」についてのアプローチの方向，などが論じられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Some research surveys on tourists' evaluation of their on-site activities in travel desitinations are reviewed and a few examples of factor analytical study of tourist satisfaction with their travel experiences are discussed. Conceptual models of the psychological relationships between expectation and satisfaction of tourists are considered. Because the problem of the authenticity of tourist experience has been one of the most discussed topics in the area of the sociology of tourism, a theoretical overview and empirical analysis of tourist's authentic experiences is presented. | |||||
