| 内容記述 | この研究論文は､高齢者に対して在宅介護を行っている家族を対象に行った調査に基づいている。この調査は、家族関係による介護状況の違いを明らかにすることを目的に、「介護者のライフステージ」「地域との繋がり」「介護体制」「被介護者の状態や介護期間」「介護に対する現在と将来の態度」などについての回答を求めた。この調査では、特に、配偶者間の介護状況と親子問の介護状況の違いについて検討した。2つの地域から回収した1020部の調査票のデータを対象に分析を行った。分析の結果、例えば、若い年齢層の嫁は、子育てなどと両立させなければならず、大きな負担の中で介護している。また、子ども、特に、娘は、配偶者の介護に比べ、介護サービス業者を積極的に利用したいと思っている。多くの息子が、年をとったら自宅で家族に世話してもらいたいと考えているが、多くの娘は、自宅で介護サービス業者に世話をしてもらいたいと考えている。他方、多くの嫁は、施設に入所したいと考えていることが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper is based on an investigation conducted on families who are performing home care to elderly people. The study aims at clarifying the difference in the state of the care situation by family relationship. The questionnaire asked respondents to answer questions regarding "the care worker's life stage", "relationship to their community", "care-giving organization", "care-receivers physical and mental ability, and how long they have been receiving care", "care-givers present and future attitude towards providing care" etc. This investigation forcused on the difference between spousal care situations and child-parent care situations by analyzing the data on 1020 topics from two geographical areas. Among the results we found, for example, the daughters in law in a young age group, has to make care-giving compatible with child-rearing etc., so caring becomes a big burden. The child, especially the daughter, wants to use nursing-services compared with a spouse's care. Many sons consider that, during old age, they will want to receive care from the family at his house. Many daughters consider that when they will be old age, they will want to receive care from care services at her own house. Many daughters in law consider that when they become old, they want to go into a care institution. | |||||
