| 内容記述 | この論文は、高齢者を在宅で介護している家族を対象に行った調査の第3報である。この調査は、介護が始まるまでの家族関係が、介護の実態にどのような影響を及ぽしているかを明らかにすることを目的にしている。調査では、「介護者のライフステージ」「介護体制」「被介護者の状態や介護期間」「介護に対する現在およぴ将来の態度」「介護保険制度の認知」などについて回答することを求めた。分析の結果、介護実態の特徴として、例えば、夫や妻の間では、単独で介護しているケースが多く、介護する以前から同居している子どもは、親族のみで介護しているケースが多く、介護が必要になってから世話をするようになった子どもは、親族と介護サービス業者を含めた親族外とで介護しているケースが多い、ことが明らかとなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper is the 3rd reports on the investigation conducted to the families caring for elderly people in their home. It is the purpose of this investigation to show how family relations prior to the care starts influences the actual condition of care. The questionnaire asked the respondent to answer questions regarding "the care worker's life stage", "care-giving organization", "care receivers physical and mental ability, and how long they have been receiving care", "care givers present and future attitude towards providing care", "awareness concerning Public nursing care insurance" etc. Analysis of the results shows, for example, that there are many who are caring independently for husbands or wives, and many children who are caring for relatives with whom they had lived prior to caring. Furthermore, there are many who are caring for with their relative and nursing-services contractors among the children who came to take care of their parents after care was needed. | |||||
