| 内容記述 | いま日本社会に求められている地域共生社会づくりと、グローバル課題への対応のため国連が策定しているSDGsの取り組みについて、両者を結び付けて論じるとともに、両者に共通する視点と条件を考察した。両者に共通する視点とは、持続可能な社会、そこに住む人々が安心して暮らすことができる社会を創り出すという視点であり、社会的包摂と基本的人権の保障がその基底にある。共通する条件として、①プラットフォームの活用、②パートナーシップの形成、③ PDCAの遂行とガヴァナンスの確立の3つを挙げることができる。また、こうした条件は自然発生的に成立するものではなく、それらを生み出すための行政側のイニシアティブが必要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Currently, Japanese society is facing two needs: to develop inclusive communities and to work on sustainable development goals, as determined by the United Nations, to counter global issues. This study examined the discussion linking these needs, considering the perspectives and conditions they share. The shared perspectives include the creation of a sustainable society and a society where people can live at ease. Social inclusion and the guarantee of basic human rights are fundamental to both. The following three shared conditions were identified: (1) the use of platforms, (2) the creation of partnerships, and (3) the establishment of the PDCA cycle and governance. Furthermore, these conditions do not arise spontaneously; rather, administrative initiative is required to create them. | |||||
