| 内容記述 | 「セラピスト・フォーカシング」とは、セラピストがケースを担当する際に感じているセラピスト自身の様々な気持ちや「からだの感じ」に注意を向け、それを言い表すことを通して自己理解やケース理解を深め、セラピストを心理的に援助するフォーカシングの方法である。セラピスト・フォーカシングはセラピスト同士によるセッションのみならず他の対人援助職にも適用範囲は広がっており、その効果や意義については既に報告されている。そこで、本論では大学院生同士による継続したセッションを新たに試み、事例を提示し、体験過程理論の概念を用いて効果や意義について検討することを目的とした。その結果、セラピスト・フォーカシングに特徴的な、多層的な関係としてのフェルトセンスを言い表すことは、それを行うセラピスト同士やケース全体の性質を変化させることが示された。さらに、継続セッションを繰り返し振り返って観て言い表す意義として、クライエントとどのような過程を歩んだかを新たな見方で理解できることが考察された。大学院生同士のセラピスト・フォーカシングにおいても先行研究と同様、互いがサポートし合う関係が生まれ、それがセラピストの‘生’を促進させ、成長させる意義があることが示された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In Therapist Focusing, an application of Focusing, psychotherapists focus on their feeling and bodily felt senses related to their clients and explicate them. This process helps therapists elaborate on their selves and case understandings. The effectiveness of Therapist Focusing has been reported not only in the field of psychotherapy but also in other human services professions. In this study, Therapist Focusing was carried out in a partnership pair of graduate students in clinical psychology. Its effects and its significance were examined utilizing the Theory of Experiencing. The result showed that the characteristics of therapists and their clients are changed with the explication of felt senses which are multi-layered matrices of relationships. Furthermore,alternate thoughts and views about how the therapeutic processes of their cases have taken place were attained by repeatedly reflecting and explicating about the cases. As in previous studies, a reciprocal supporting relationship was created between the pair of graduate students therapists, which had the significance of personal development by carrying forward each of their lives. | |||||
