| 内容記述 | 本論文は、ある事例についての陪席者の視点からの研究報告である。筆者は、フォーカシング指向心理療法の実践家である池見陽氏の実際の心理臨床面接に、陪席者として立ち会った。本事例は、①Clearing a Space（以下CAS）を主として進められた、②セラピストの方から積極的にクライエントの感情を言語で表現した、③必要以上に深めることはせず、当面の問題が解決した時点で終結としたという、3つが特徴であった。この3点について、セラピストの臨床実践に焦点をあて考察した。①に関しては、「気づいておく」ことと仏教との関連性、②ではDiltheyの哲学をもとに感情を表現することのプロセスについて、そして③では当面の問題の解決を持って終結することの有用性がそれぞれ示唆された。さらに、本事例は、CASの中にフォーカシングが含まれ、フェルトシフトが起こったというものであり、 CASの治療的意義を示していると考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper reports a therapy case from the viewpoint of an observer who worked as a note-taker. The author observed the psychotherapy conducted by Professor Dr. Akira Ikemi, a Focusing-Oriented therapist. The author was impressed by: 1) the fact that Clearing a Space (CAS) was used as the major method throughout the case; 2) the fact that the therapist actively expressed the client's feelings; 3) the fact that the therapy did not explore deeper issues but terminated when the current issues of the client resolved. Examining Dr. Ikemi's therapeutic practice, the following were discussed with regards to the three points mentioned above: 1) The relation between "just be aware of" and Buddhist practice; 2) The relation between Dr. Ikemi's expression of the client's feeling and Dilthey's philosophy; 3) The benefits of Dr. Ikemi's view of termination when the immediate issues are revolved. Finally, in this case, Focusing, which resulted in felt shifts, happened inside the process of CAS highlighting the therapeutic significance of CAS. | |||||
