| 内容記述 | フォーカシングにはセラピストが担当事例のクライエントとの面接過程で生じた自分自身の体験についてフォーカシングを行う「セラピスト・フォーカシング」と呼ばれるものがありセラピスト支援として有益であるとされている。本論では、フォーカシングに馴染みのないセラピストであってもその有益性を実感できるようなマニュアル作成を試み、本マニュアルを用いるとどのような特徴と利点を持つ支援となるか、また有用であるかを考察した。本マニュアル体験者の多くはフォーカシング未経験者であったが、内省報告からは、フォーカシング特有のプロセスを体験し、クライエント／ケースの理解およびセラピストの自己理解が促進されていた様子が観察された。また、詳細を語らなくともプロセスを進められるフォーカシングの利点により、守秘義務を遵守しながらケースを振り返ることができ、セラピストに安心感を与えていたことなども併せて観察された。以上のことから、本マニュアルがセラピスト・フォーカシングの持つ特徴を有しており、セラピストに対する支援の方法として有益であり、セラピストのフォーカシング経験を問わず有用であったことが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | According to studies conducted on Therapist Focusing, in which therapists focus on their clients/cases and their own experiences during the therapeutic session, the significance for supporting therapists has been observed. This paper describes an attempt to develop a Focusing Manual for Therapists who are not familiar with Focusing. The characteristics and availability of the manual as a means of supporting therapists are discussed. Although many of the participants who tried this manual had never experienced Focusing before, feedback showed that they experienced what is characteristic of the Focusing process and the manual helped them to carry forward new understandings of their clients/cases and of therapists themselves. One of the distinctive advantages of Focusing, which is that personal details of the clients/cases need not be disclosed, enabled therapists to review the cases while maintaining confidentiality and this provided therapists with a sense of safety and security. It is suggested that this Focusing manual has common distinctive features with Therapist Focusing in general, in supporting therapists and is beneficial and available to therapists regardless of their Focusing experiences. | |||||
