| 内容記述 | This quick report shows damage characteristics of 2018 Northern Osaka Earthquake from a view point of societal sciences. The Earthquake brought a small number of human loss and serious building damage. On the other hand, many people living in the damaged area suffered the urban function stop such as railway, electricity, water and gas. Especially, it was mainly pointed out four topics, which are the human loss due to collapse of a block wall along a public road, the problem of passengers confined in the crowed train, the difficulty of the recovery to repair a lot of slightly housing damage and the delay of rescue and recovery from suspended elevators. They are connected to the environment of urbanization, and we need to consider mitigation and resilience for their damages. | |||||
