| 内容記述 | This paper is a study of the description of "verbs" in Chinese grammar books written by Japanese scholars in Meiji and Taisho era. Various kinds of classification methods were adopted by Japanese scholars on the subclassification of verbs, such as "doji" and "seji", "kandoji" and "fukandoji", "honraidoshi" and "tenraidoshi", "tanjundoshi" and "fukugodoshi", "naidoshi" and "gaidoshi", "jidoushi" and "tadoshi". Some were derived from "Ma shi wen tong", others were inherited from "Gohoshinan". In this paper, I will clarify what kind of criteria such classification method was based on. Moreover, I will compare the classification methods and related descriptions taken up in each book with the representative grammar books of Japan and China published almost at the same time, to investigate the influence from both Chinese and Japanese sides on the theory of "Verbs" constructed by Japanese scholars. | |||||
