| 内容記述 | 2000年に文部科学省から発表されたスポーツ振興基本計画では、誰もがスポーツを楽しむことのできる生涯スポーツ社会の実現が政策目標となっており、全国の各市町村において総合型スポーツクラブの設置が進められた。それから各団体や各地域で総合型地域スポーツクラブの設立が進められ、各地域での設置率が100％を達成した地域もでてきた。しかし、設置が進められてきたからこそ、クラブを存続させるための課題がでてきている。それらの課題に直面した1つの総合型地域スポーツクラブの活動に筆頭著者は2016年より参加し、大学、行政、企業と連携をとりながら再建に向けた取り組みを行って行きた。本研究ノートは、この総合型地域スポーツクラブが取り組んできた2年間の再建過程について述べ、大学、行政、企業といった連携でのクラブ再建の可能性について研究することを目的とする。総合型地域スポーツクラブのクラブ単体で完結する活動のみでなく、各団体と協力しての取り組んだ事項、そして、その地域に拠点をおくプロチームとの連携や、地域貢献の在り方、それらがもたらす地域への影響についても記述する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research note is to describe problems experienced by a Comprehensive Community Sports Club in Japan. In 1995, the plan of the Comprehensive Community Sports under the auspices of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology was announced, and this was when the idea of the Comprehensive Community Sports Clubs began in Japan. This plan helped people have a place to play the lifelong sports. And now in 2017, because the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, the interests in sports has been increased exponentially in Japan. This is the chance to rethink and solve various problems experienced by the clubs over the past 22 years. The first author has faced to these problems by joining the activities in the club. They have tried to solve the problems by communicating with various groups such as the university, city hall and pro-sports team which surround the club. This note describes the possibilities and the power the Sports Culture has. | |||||
