| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，関西大学大学院総合情報学研究科で開講された2016年度夏季集中講座「協調的交渉論」を取り上げ，「ディープ・アクティブラーニング」の視点から検証し，その教育的意義を考察することである．なお，「協調的交渉論」は，2010年に創設され，社会情報学専攻及び知識情報学専攻の大学院生が履修できる科目である．2016年度は，15名の履修者がおり，うち7名が外国人留学生であった．「協調的交渉論」では，異なる意見や価値観を持つ人々が合意形成にいたるまでのプロセスに着眼し，コンフリクト・マネジメントにかかわる基礎的知識の習得と行動の前提となるマインドの育成を目標としている．授業実践は，担当教師（鈴木）とボランティアで参加した司法書士2名のフィールド・ノート，学生に課した「授業の感想」と日々記録している「ジャーナル」を利用して分析した．その結果，学習環境の構築と教師の役割が重要であることが明らかとなった．学習環境の構築では，1 ）授業時間枠の設定，2 ）空間デザイン，3 ）人的リソースが，個々の学習活動を支援していることが明らかとなった．また，教師の役割としては，履修者の不安を取り除き，互いの信頼関係を築くアイスブレイクの活用や柔軟なグループ編成について取り上げて論じた．一方，学生側の学びについては，情動と行動の変容部分を取り上げ分析した．これらから，学習項目を媒介として教師と学生の「深い関与」が重要であることを指摘した． | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study investigated the significance of the subject, termed"Collaborative Negotiation," from a deep, active learning perspective. The subject, "Collaborative Negotiation," was designed in 2010. Graduate students majoring in social informatics and intelligent informatics could select this subject. It was off ered annually as a summer intensive course. In 2016, 15 graduate students enrolled in this subject, of which seven were foreign students. The purpose of this class is for students to acquire basic knowledge related to conflict management. In addition, they will develop thinking skills that are prerequisites for taking actions, by focusing on negotiation processes, to reach consensus with people who have diff ering opinions and values. The practice was analyzed based on field notes and students’ feedback sheets, such as daily journals and impressions notes. The analysis revealed the importance of constructing the elements of learning environments, such as the time frame, design of the space, and human resource, as well as the teachers’ roles. In regards to students’ learning, their transformation of values and behaviors were discussed based on observation data. Finally, the teachers’ ability to profoundly engage students appears to be a pertinent factor in supporting students’ learning. | |||||
