| 内容記述 | 集団の中にあって一個人は,しばしば非力である. それ故,個人は派閥と呼ばれるインフォーマルグループに属し,この派閥を介して集団の意思決定に自らの選好を強く反映させようとする. このためには多くの派閥構成員を獲得することが必要であるが,勢力拡大のためには自らの意見とは異なる者を取り込まざるを得ない. しかしながらこの時,派閥内で集約される意見は個人の意見とは大きく異なるものとなり,派閥脱退を考える者が現れてくるかもしれない.これら2つの相反する力が働く時,当初の派閥は維持されるのであろうか.そうではないとするならば,派閥維持のためには何らかの条件が必要になるのであろうか. 本稿の目的は,前稿の非階層集団における集団的意思決定モデルを非階層集団のそれへと拡張し,派閥の維持と崩壊に関する新しい洞察を得ることにある. | |||||

| 内容記述 | An agent by itself does not necessarily have definite power in group decision-making. It is the reason why an agent belongs to an informal group, called a 'faction'. If an agent wants to reflect strongly his or her preference on group decision-making, the faction in which the agent participates must be the majority in the group, so that the faction may consist of many different types of agents. Then, a result of decision-making in the faction may not be acceptable to some members. This causes a defection of discontented members from that faction. The purpose of this paper is to extend the model previously presented to a collective decision-making model in hierarchical organization, and get some insight into the subsistence and the disintegration of factions. | |||||
