| 内容記述 | IT革命の時代だといわれている. そして,ITを活用する社会に必要な情報倫理の構築が模索されている. ここでは,技術的な視点からIT革命の歴史的な進展を概観し,情報技術の発展に伴う情報倫理構築の構造を概観する.すなわち，コンピュータが発明される以前から人類社会の基盤となっていた,様々な情報技術の発展の上に,現代のIT革命が生起していることを指摘できる.とくに 現代における電磁媒体を用いたディジタル表現技術の根幹ともいえる電子通信技術の発明は,ITの普及に伴う高度情報倫理の構築を考えるとき不可避的要因であることが分かる. | |||||

| 内容記述 | We seem to be in the midst of an Information Technology revolution, and it is also seem necessary or essential for our new world to build the foundations of an information ethics. In this paper, we outline the four stages of innovations of information technology and structure of the foundations of information ethics. The first stage was writing letters for languages, the second was printing, the third was electronic communication tools, and the fourth is computers and the Internet. | |||||
