 note = {Looking-for-something is a common type of search behavior. Two basic dimensions of this behavior are "search space (S)" and "search time (T)", and a two-dimensional-space model consists of (S×T). Supposing that the progress of this search behavior is described as a continual reduction process of the (S×T) space, the entire search process is expressed by a three-dimensional "pyramid-type" model. If the behavior is stopped during the search process, this behavior is modeled as a trapezoid., 探し物をすることを“モノ探し行動”と呼び、それが「探索区域 (Space) を狭くする」と「探索時間 (Time) を短くする」という二つの行動の組み合わせ (Space×Time) で成り立つため、基本的には4タイプの“モノ探し行動”に区分されるという発想を出発点としている。“モノ探し”の進行にともない"Space×Time" で構成されるST2次元空間のサイズが次第に縮小し、その連続形として4角錐が描かれるというモデルを“ST ピラミッド型モデル”と命名した。また“モノ探し”の進行とともに、4タイプのうちで「的を絞った探し方（探索区域が狭い×探索時間が短い）」が拡大してタイプ間均衡が変化し、4角錐が“いびつ”になっていく。“モノ探し”が完了する場合は尖塔のある「天守閣型」の4角錐であるが、中止された場合には4角錐の下部のみで形成される「天守台型」になる。},
