Nori is a phenomenon closely related to the physical and mental pleasure of music. The questions this research addresses are as follows: when and how did the term ‘nori’ become to be used in everyday life in Japan, what is nori and how can we describe the structure of nori, and why did Japanese people begin to recognize nori and pay attention to nori behavior in the late 20th century?
