 note = {This note analyzes work integration in social enterprises using the case studies in South Korea. We first explain the development of the Self-Support Policy under the National Basic Livelihood Security Act and the background of the enactment of the Social Enterprise Promotion Act. We then describe the present state of work integration in the social enterprise in South Korea. Finally, this study shows the current status of social enterprises in South Korea using interview surveys.
本稿は、「労働統合型社会的企業」に関する論議の動向について、韓国の事例を中心に記したものである。第1 に、国民基礎生活保障法のもとでの自活事業の展開や社会的企業育成法の成立の背景について概観し、第2 に、韓国における労働統合型社会的企業の動向を確認し、第3 に、ヒアリング調査に基づき韓国の社会的企業の実態を示した。},
