A cellulose and paper plant in Russia, Baikal'sk Cellulose and Paper Plant (BCPP), has been chosen for detailed analysis. To clarify all stages of the survival process, this paper analyses a range of internal documents on the re-profiling program of this enterprise from 1987 to 2000.
