We collected data from 158 female university students (mean age: 19.36 years, standard deviation: 1.15 years) by using a paper questionnaire and web-based questionnaire. The multiple regression analysis showed that envy and recognition of unjust status quo had there was a significant positive association with Schadenfreude.
