Recently, however, over-adaptation with a low sense of self-insufficiency has been discussed, and its characteristics are becoming clear. In this study, we attempted to create and revise a scale to measure \"Internal adaptive Over-adaptation\" by four surveys. We found three factors (responsible group consideration, altruistic self-inhibition, and over-adaptation harm) in survey 1 (N=150), two factors (responsible group consideration and over-adaptation harm) in survey 2 (N=138) and 3 (N=158), and three factors (responsible group consideration, behavior of conforming to expectations, and over-adaptation harm) in survey 4 (N=133). At present, the responsible over-adaptation scale used in survey 4 is considered to be the most promising.
