内容記述 | It is vital for Japanese firms to expand into newly developing markets like those of the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN), brimming as they are with energy and vitality. Some Japanese firms have enjoyed a second period of growth by being involved in such developing regions, but the majority of firms are still not sufficiently integrated into such markets. Thus, there is huge potential for Japan's firms, with their technically advanced and well-respected products, to develop and expand into such new markets. In order to respond to this issue, it is necessary for the management groups of parent companies in Japan (including their CEOs), financial organizations, and public sector agencies to develop educational programs. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish courses based on society's needs and the utilization of instructional design and flipped teaching, rather than those programs currently offered by universities. | |||||
