| 内容記述 | In this study, we investigate the effects of and factors involved in flip teaching in continuing education. We examine comprehension of learning content and motivation to learn, as well as the results of and issues concerning flip teaching, using as subjects the participants of adult relearning education programs (industry-university government collaboration projects) who experienced flip teaching. Based on our results, we find that flip teaching's effects were contingent upon three factors: "Making learning meaningful," "Having a sense for the purpose of learning," and "Learning content and composition." Class design taking these factors into consideration effectively facilitated the new learning model of flip teaching in continuing education. We believe this research will contribute to the field of continuing education for human resource development by promoting active learning. | |||||
