 note = {During the Qing dynasty, rhyming words were found in decrees, notices, and announcements issued to educate the people. The most representative of these are the rhyming announcements of Li Zhangyu (李璋煜; 1784-1857) and Zhang Wuwei (張五緯). Some were written as "songs," while others were annotated to aid understanding of the rhyming words. These rhyme announcements were sent out to the people, and can be said to be announcements for transmission of government directives.},
