| 内容記述 | This article studies the extent of the realisation of multiculturalism in New Zealand though an examination of its museums, as made possible through the cooperation of Auckland War Memorial Museum. By creating a detailed report on observations and interviews with 20 museum staff conducted over the course of two days, I analyse how the museum uses a pivotal relationship to Maori culture to engage with the many cultures of the Pacific, and how the museum is using this experience to try to open up further. | |||||
